Water Damage In Murrieta Area Rental

When there is a water leak in your home or rental property you may not know it. Signs of water damage are warped flooring, discoloration on walls or ceiling, and wet spots on the carpet. Recently a customer called who had come home to find a wet spot on their hall carpet. They had noticed a small wet spot a few days prior and had assumed someone had spilled something but had now found all of the hall carpets to be wet.

Our technicians removed the affected material and quickly set up drying equipment to dry the structure of the home like the wall cavity and subfloor.
